John D. Goodbrake-President
John brings more than 20 years of experience in the bus industry to his role at Master’s Transportation. As President, he directs sales, leasing and operation functions for all four branches. By working closely with key team members, he works to guide the overall direction and growth of the sales, operations and accounting departments.
Bob Tucker-Sales Manager
With more than 20 years of experience in the transportation industry, Bob Tucker brings a wealth of knowledge to the Master’s Transportation team. He is the point of contact for government sales and administration and is responsible for sales and leasing to state and federal agencies. He has been with Master’s Transportation for more than seven years.
Matthew Winston-Sales/Leasing Consultant
Matthew brings extensive experience in the healthcare, hotel and casino industries. He is responsible for the sales and marketing plan to position Master’s Transportation in these high growth markets.
Jim Elliot-Sales/Leasing Consultant
Jim develops national accounts and is a driving force behind shuttle bus and school bus sales. He brought more than 17 years of industry-experience to the Master’s Transportation team when he joined in 2010.
Dan Hickman-Sales/Leasing Consultant
Dan Hickman is responsible for sales and leasing of school buses in northern Missouri and NE Kansas. Dan has been in the transportation industry for 10 years and started with Master’s Transportation in March 2011.
Randy Strickland-Inside Sales Consultant/Transportation
With more than 18 years of industry experience, Randy’s extensive background in transportation makes him uniquely qualified to serve as Master’s Transportation’s Corporate Operations Manager. Randy works closely with the branch and service managers at each location to oversee key areas such as personnel, facilities, vehicle transport, equipment requirements and more. He has contributed to the Master’s Transportation team for more than 10 years.
Adam Castro-Rental/Leasing Consultant
Adam joined the team in 2011 bringing 3 years of sales and marketing experience to the rental and short term leasing business at Master’s. He is responsible for providing school and commercial buses short-term to universities, churches, community organizations, sports teams, operators, the federal government and the energy industry. His transportation knowledge continues to grow with the company as Master’s strives to provide the best quality vehicles to its customers.
Randy Beem-Sales/Leasing Consultant
Randy Beem is Master’s Transportation Transit Sales Consultant for shuttle and transit bus sales and leasing to customers in Missouri and Kansas. Randy brings eight years of experience from the Missouri Department of Transportation as Senior Multimodal Operations Specialist. He also has 10 years plus service with OATS Public Transportation as Midwest Regional Director.

Russ Folts-Area Manager
With more than 26 years of transportation industry experience, Russ uses his extensive background to direct school bus sales and inventory control for Master’s Transportation. Russ guides the sales team through school bus inquiries and helps ensure that Master’s Transportation is able to offer our customers a wide range of high-quality inventory. He’s been with the company for more than seven years.
Mike Baumgartner-Sales/Leasing Consultant
Mike brings more than a decade of transportation industry experience to Master’s Transportation. He guides the sales, personnel and day-to-day operations of the Kearney, NE branch while driving sales in the Western Nebraska and Northern Kansas markets. Mike has been a key player on the Master’s Transportation team for more than eight years.

John Hatman-General Manager
With more than 21 years of transportation industry experience, John brings more than an impressive resume to his position as General Manager. He brings years of focused experience. He is responsible for sales, personnel and operations at the Ozark, MO branch and helps drive sales and provide service in Missouri, Arkansas and Oklahoma. He has been a key part of Master’s Transportation’s team for more than eight years.
Ryan Harris-Sales/Leasing Consultant
As a Consultant, Ryan is dedicated to helping customers buy or lease shuttle and school buses. He is focused on serving the Southern Missouri, Northern Arkansas, Western Oklahoma and Southwest Kansas areas and has been with Master’s Transportation since 2010.
