Mike Baumgartner
Sales and Leasing – Kearney, NE

Mike brings more than a decade of transportation industry experience to Master’s Transportation. He guides the sales and day-to-day operations of the Kearney, NE branch while driving sales in the Nebraska and Northern Kansas markets. Mike has been a key player on the Master’s Transportation team for more than thirteen years.

Bill Becker
Regional Sales Manager - Kansas City, MO & Kansas City Metro Area

Bill brings more than 25 years of dealership experience with him to his new role at Master's. He has spent the last 15 years in the RV industry selling many of the same chassis platforms we offer. Bill is based out of our Kansas City location an dhis territory is the Kansas City Metro and surrounding areas.

Doug Burkard
National GSA Rental Manager

Doug joined Master's in 2016 and has been involved with the GSA rental program since he started.  He brings 22 years of military experience in the Army with him to this role.  Doug is married and has 2 grown children.  He oversees the entire GSA rental program and enjoys introducing the program to new groups. Doug covers GSA rentals for AL, AR, CO, FL, GA, IL , KS, LA, MN, MO, MS, NC, ND, NE, OK, SC, and TX.

Rich Cole
Regional Sales Manager

Rich has over 27 years in the Transportation industry.  Rich has a passion for training, and serving others.  He assisted in the founding of Purpose Institute, and served on the leadership board for 9 years.  Rich currently resides in Stephenville, Texas, and serves the Masters Transportation Team with light duty ADA and specialty vehicles. 

Joel Cornwell
Regional Rental Manager - Newark/Bay Area; CA; San Diego, CA; Phoenix, AZ; Portland, OR

Joel comes to Master's with 7 years of experience in transportation and recreational vehicle sales. He is married with one son and three dogs that all keep him busy. He is also very involved in music and the arts. Joel looks forward to helping you find the right vehicle for your rental needs. His territory includes Newark/Bay Area, CA, San Diego, CA, Pheonix, AZ, and Portland, OR.

Allen "Elmer" Duncan
Sales and Leasing - Ozark, MO

Allen brings over a decade of experience in the transportation industry to Masters. Combined with over 9 years of experience in the fields of Education and Student Transportation, he is committed to facilitating fleet optimization for school districts in Kansas and Missouri.

Robin Fontaine
National Rental Manager - Kansas City, MO & KS; Branson, MO; Houston, TX; San Antonio, TX

Robin brings 15 + years of sales and management experience to her role leading the rental team.  Robin has her hands full with 5 children, 1 husband, 11 chickens, 3 goats, and 2 dogs.  Robin covers Kansas City, Branson, Houston, and San Antonio and will help you find the right shuttle to meet your needs.

Kent Jennings
Sales And Leasing - St. Louis, MO

With over 20 years of experience in the transportation and healthcare industry, Kent brings vast knowledge and experience to the Master’s Transportation team. He is the point of contact for all commercial bus and van sales in the St. Louis region and enjoys the personal one on one relationships that he has developed with his clients over the years.

Nathan Klinginsmith
Regional Sales Manager - Northern Kansas and Nebraska

Nathan was born and raised in a small town in northeastern Kansas. He served in the United States Marine Corps for 12 years.  He looks forward to covering northern Kansas and Nebraska.  In Nathan’s free time he enjoys hunting, the outdoors and spending time with his eight-year-old daughter.

Ryan Lange

Regional Sales Manager – Pacific Northwest

Ryan Lange is the Regional Sales Manager for the Pacific Northwest for Master's Transportation. Based in beautiful Portland, OR, Ryan has 25 years of Customer Service and Operations Management experience with the last nine years being dedicated to the Transportation Industry. In his off hours, Ryan enjoys the outdoors in all forms with his wife and children.

David Lindsey
Sales and Leasing  – Arkansas

David has served Master’s Transportation for several years. He is focused on leasing and selling shuttles to casinos, assisted living facilities, and more across the states of Arkansas, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, and South Carolina.

Jerry Locken
Regional Sales Manager - California

Jerry  is an experienced sales specialist with a 20 year history in the bus industry.   He graduated from La Habra and brings strong sales, operational, and team building skills to his new role with Master's.

Jamar Major
Regional Sales Manager - Houston, TX

Jamar has been with Masters Transportation since 2016 and covers the Houston area.  He can take care of all your shuttle purchases and leasing needs. 

Justin Maresh
Sales and Leasing - Denver, CO

With an extensive operations background, Justin takes pride in helping his customers find the very best vehicle for their needs.  He enjoys building strong relationships with his customers while focusing on providing the best service possible.  An avid skier, runner, biker, and hiker, Justin pairs his love for the outdoors with focusing on the Outdoor Recreation Industry for Master's.

Will Mata
Sales and Leasing – Hablo Español

Will is our tenacious international sales consultant. His skills in English and Spanish allow him in and outside the United States to sell pretty much anything. He deals with new and used inventory, depending on his client's needs.

Crystal McMurry

Regional Sales Manager – Southeastern United States

Crystal has been with Master’s Transportation for the past 10 years.  She enjoys the customer interaction and working with them to find the best solution for their transportation needs in the Southeast Region. 

Bill Meier 
Regional Sales Manager

Bill brings 25 years of experience in the transportation industry to his role at Master's. He is retired from the U.S. Army after 20 years of service. Bill covers GSA rentals for CT, DC, DE, IN, KY, MA, MD, ME, MI, NH, NJ, NY, OH, PA, RI, VA, VT, WI, and WV for both GSA Rentals and Commercial Sales. In his free time he enjoys playing golf.

Jason Mitchell
Regional Sales Manager

Jason brings over five years of experience in sales and customer service and two years in the bus industry to his role at Master's. He has a degree from UCLA and enjoys hiking, kayaking and golfing.  He also has a wife and a 2-year old. Jason’s territory includes Arizona and Nevada.


Mark Ondich
Sales and Leasing - Dallas, TX

Mark has worked in the school bus industry for over ten years with experience in the transit and commercial sectors as well. As part of his wealth of knowledge, he specializes in providing Day Cares, private schools, and Academies with the best vehicles for their transportation needs. In his free time, Mark enjoys the company of his wife and 2 sons and is an avid fisherman, hunter, golfer, and traveler.

Sara Phelps
Regional Rental Manager - Denver, CO; Portland, OR; Phoenix, AZ

Sara brings 10 years of sales experience to her role at Master's.  In addition to spending time with her husband and two girls she also enjoys playing sand volleyball and cooking.  Sara covers the Denver, Portland, and Phoenix markets and looks forward to working with all of our rental customers.

Edward Rios
Sales and Leasing  - Houston, TX

Edward brings a varied background in law enforcement and church ministry to his current role at Master's Transportation.  He prides himself on finding the right vehicle for his customers needs and enjoys assisting customers in the Houston area.

Kenneth Sanford
Regional Sales Manager – Northern California

Kenneth is an innovative professional with 13+ years of progressive experience within the sales industry.  He started his career in sales in 2002 and brings previous automotive selling experience with him to this role through American Honda.  Ken covers the northern California territory for both sales and rental for Master's. Currently Kenneth works at Master's Transportation as a Regional Sales Manager in Newark California for one year.

Brian Schamma
Collins Sales Manager 

Brian is dedicated to getting the best buses to school districts in the Ozark, Missouri area as well as the Southern and Western United States.

Mike Severe
Government Contract Manager 

With over a decade of experience in the Transportation Sector and 25 years in c-suite positions, Mike brings a wealth of experience to Master's. Previously, Mike served for 12 years as CEO/Chairman - Board of Directors for the 22 pediatric hospital system of Shriners Hospital for Children and Shriners International.

Derek Simmons
Sales & Leasing - St. Louis Area

Derek brings an automotive sales background to his role at Master's.  He looks forward to working with  our customers to make their bus buying experience a pleasant one.

Austin Snider
School Bus Sales - Arkansas

Austin has been in and around school transportation for 10 years including 7 years as a diesel technician and a program director for a diesel science program at a local college but his true passion is sales.  He enjoys spending time with his wife and family, playing and restoring drums, physical fitness, hunting , fishing and rodeos.  Austin looks forward to  working with school districts in Arkansas and SW Missouri to make an impact in the school transportation community.

Johnny Soto
Regional Sales Manager - San Antonio, TX

Johnny has over 15 years of selling a wide range of products and services. He specializes in helping our South Texas customers find the right solution for their transportation needs.

Craig Speck
Regional Rental Manager - Dallas, TX


Craig Speck serves as our Regional Rental/Sales Manager for our Dallas location.  He joined Master's in September, 2017 after sixteen years in his own business as a ground transportation broker/consultant for traveling groups.  Craig brings 31 years of industry experience to the role.  He is also an author of three books.  Craig has been married for 27 years and has one 16 year old son.  Craig received his BBA in Marketing from Dallas Baptist University.


Bob Tucker
Sr. Contract Manager – Government

With more than 20 years of experience in the transportation industry, Bob Tucker brings a wealth of knowledge to the Master’s Transportation team. He is the point of contact for government sales and administration (GSA) and is responsible for sales and leasing to state and federal agencies. He has been with Master’s Transportation for more than eleven years.

James Williams
Regional Sales Manager - Iowa and Northern Missouri

James supports schools within Iowa and Northern Missouri with all of their school bus and activity bus needs.  In his time away from work he enjoys spending time with family and friends. When he's not spending time with family and friends, he enjoys hunting and fishing, camping and just generally spending time in the outdoors.  

Todd Zagurski
Regional Rental Manager - GSA

With over 20+ years of experience in the transportation field, in both sales and operations, Todd brings vast knowledge and experience to the Master's Transportation team.  He is the point of contact for GSA rentals for AZ, CA, ID, MT, NM, NV, OR, UT, WA, and WY.
